    The mangroves are less than five minutes from the Big Blue dock.

    Sunrise tours are about 90 minutes; sunset tours finish around 30 minutes after sunset.

Do I need experience?

No. Guides teach the basics before you set off, and the tour suits novice and expert paddlers alike.

What if the weather is bad?

If conditions are unsafe, Big Blue contacts you to reschedule or cancel. There is no cancellation charge if you can't reschedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

100% refundable 21 days or more before departure, 50% between 8 and 20 days, non-refundable 7 days or less. A 5% admin fee applies to refunds.

  • 50% refundable if cancelled 8 to 20 days before departure.
  • Non-refundable if cancelled 7 days or less before departure.
  • If Big Blue cancels for unsafe weather, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
  • A 5% admin fee applies to refunds, processed within 2 to 7 business days.
